Founded and ran Travco, one of the largest travel companies in the Mideast and an operator of more than 150 hotels. Also developed luxury real estate projects and launched a discount airline, Air Arabia Egypt.

Rachid Mohamed Rachid

Founded a food company, ran Mideast operations for Unilever, and served as minister for trade and industry. Moved to Dubai after Mubarak’s fall. Convicted in absentia of embezzlement by the new regime; says he is innocent.
