WORDS THAT ADD VALUE

LINDSEY LEATHART

Real estate agents selling homes in the less-than-$400,000 price bracket appear to be after the attention of investors and first-home buyers. When promoting upper-end homes, they talk about the quality of the fittings and finishes. Website Property Observer analysed words used in ads on realestateview.com.au in 2012 and came up with the top-10 lists shown. REIA Victoria spokesman Robert Larocca says constant contact with buyers gives agents a good knowledge of what they look for in an ad.
